INTEGRATIVE LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE
Vision and Mission
Our vision is to help create Integrative Leadership Institutes in several locations servicing the specific needs and concerns of various regions globally. The I.L. Institute's mission is to explore, stimulate, develop and promote research into the various dimensions of the evolving integrative philosophy, model, framework, principles and emerging practices that comprise the process of living integrative life, love and leadership. The overarching purpose of the Integrative Leadership Institute is to help build a firm foundation upon which the Age of Synthesis, Wisdom and Integration could be built.
Research and Development
Research & Development within the Integrative Leadership Institute involves historical and current research in both hard and soft sciences as well as the world's wisdom and mystic traditions; empirical studies; and personal phenomenological and anecdotal stories and experiences. Collectively, these sources of research will impact future publications (books, articles, assessment tools), program development (seminars, workshops, retreats); and individual and organizational coaching and consulting (principles, protocols and best practices).
Publication Projects:
Currently, there are five projects that will take an estimated three years to complete. These projects are:
- A Field Guide: Practical Steps towards Living Integrative Life and Leadership
- Integrative Coaching: Walking the Path of Integrative Life and Leadership
- Universal Laws: The Rules of the Game of Life, Love and Leadership
- Organizational IntegrationTM: Experiencing Organizational Attunement, Alignment and Embodiment
- Executive Wisdom: Cultivating Inspiration & Intuition to Foster Innovation
Associated with these book publications will be periodic articles on their progress published in the Institutes Newsletter and in Journals on a quarterly basis. Additional suggestions for publications will be considered on a quarterly basis by the board of advisors of the Institute.
Publication Projects:
- Organizational IntegrationTM: Developing the protocols and best practices to allow organizations to effectively transition from the mechanistic to the organic; and the organic to the wholistic paradigms in their structures, systems and internal and external relationships.
