Organizational Integration is the Third Level of Awareness for Organizations desiring to thrive in the third millennium. OI is beyond Organizational Effectiveness (Level I) and Organizational Development (Level II), but includes them within its principles, processes and practices.

Organizational Integration is the method of building a living organization. The process first involves individuals, then teams, then groups, then the organization.

Organizational Integration is a unique process that creates significant performance, regardless of how that performance is measured (financially, socially, environmentally, technically, culturally).
