Integrative life and leadership coaching involves the application of the philosophy, foundational model, universal principles and practices of Integrative Leadership. It is a process where we have found that whole people create whole leaders that in turn, create whole organizations.

The three levels of integrative leadership coaching are:

• Personal Coaching for those desiring to become Integrative Leaders in their life and work;
• Relationship Coaching for those desiring to improve their intimate or most significant relationships and;
• Organizational Coaching & Consulting where the model of Integrative Leadership is applied to individuals, groups, teams, organizations and, if required, the communities in which they interact. In this application, we called the process Organizational Integration^TM.

The ILI Consulting Group involves activities in four principal areas:

• Leadership Program Development & Design
• Facilitation of Public and In-House Programs
• Organizational Advisory Services
• Special Integrative Projects

These four principal areas involve working with government institutions and for and not for profit organizations. In the past we have worked with Universities across Canada and the U.S. to co-develop and facilitate Academic leadership development programs or to facilitate many aspects and dimensions of Integrative Leadership. We have also worked with small entrepreneurial families and businesses (less than 12 people) to assist them in integrating their structures, systems and relationships to allow them to become more integrated.

The principles and practices of the process of integration include: stimulating creativity by developing multiple perspectives; assessment and development tools and techniques for the Four Domains of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual intelligence; value assessments (variables, values, virtues) to determine the position of individuals and their organizations within the Three Levels of mechanistic, organic or wholistic awareness; and helping individuals and organizations manage and lead transactional, transformational and transcendent change that will allow them to voluntarily become their Ideal Vision.

ICG also has the capability and capacity to provide advisory services to Organizational Human Resource and Development groups as well as to participate in Special Integrative Projects, such as organizational healing—an aspect of Organizational Integration TM—that are more event oriented in nature rather than the nurturing of ongoing relationship.
